1.2.1 Operative method

We share the posts and events on Fanpage into groups (“Sinh vien Dai hoc Kinh Te Da Nang”, “An vat online toan quoc”, “An vat online ba mien”…) to increase the posts' reach, especially for those which has news about discount or introducing new products These groups can have from 1.000 to 400.000 followers and they always pay a large effort on food or activities for students Hence, they can be our potential customers

Share with friends or family members to introduce them about our Fanpage as well as encourage them to buy products Because they are the easiest ones we can persude to be our permanent customers

Minigame: We held minigame for Women's Day with special gifts which aims to force people to follow us on Shopee, Fanpage Finally, we had 4734 reaches, 822 interactions,

60 reactions, 113 comments and 33 shares, that helps fanpage to be closer to others

Create the promotion of freeship The purpose of this is to create a final promotion to express gratitude to our customers for using the services of SFLAVOR Also, this promotion will help to increase the access to fanpage as well as finding more new orders Because the promotion has been organized for less than 6 days, this is also the time near the end of the course so the results are not as expected of the group
