Analyzing the impact of leadership styles on employees' commitment is extremely important not only in the current difficult economic period but also in the future Understanding diis impact will help leaders make appropriate decisions to improve the performance of their employees, thereby optimizing the competitive advantage, improve the performance of their organizations In addition, this study is expected to contribute to to the reference resources in the field of leadership style which is still Umited in the Vietnamese academic environment The goal of this study is to demonstrate the relationship of leadership styles to the commitment of employees at Vietnam Oil Corporation This study is to identify elements of leadership styles that impact the commitment of employees at Vietnam Oil Corporation in Vung Tau area and measure the impact of each leadership styles element on the commitment of employees at Vietnam Oil Corporation in Vung Tau area The study also presents some proposals related to the leadership styles at Vietnam Oil Corporation in Vung Tau area
